The following are the terms and conditions of the Mailing Policy:

Mailing processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the mailing of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Mailing rates & delivery estimates

 

Mailing charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard Free mailing within the Greater Toronto Area will take 3 to 5 business days. If mailing is outside of the GTA but within Ontario the order will take 5 to 7 business days. Mailing to the USA can take up to 15 days, however, if the quantity ordered exceeds 5 pieces there may be an additional mailing charge. If an expedited order is required,

Mailing confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been mailed. However, at this time we cannot provide you with a tracking number.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

The Artistry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after Mailing are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc...)

 

Damages

 

The Artistry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during Mailing. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at fs.theartistry@gmail.com to see what we can do.

We do not maill or ship Internationally at this time. We are sorry for th inconvenience.
